If you are hungry for more ideas of what markets to visit, and what to do there keep right on reading as we share part II of our favourite London markets :)
We have been in quite the adventurous mood lately, visiting lots of different street markets all around London. From stylish designer clothes to vintage bargains, unique arts and crafts, delicious food and beautiful flowers there is a street market for everyone. So if you are not sure which one to go to first have no fear, we got you covered! Here is part I of our little guide to some of our favourite London markets.
This weekend LICKALIX went to Barnes Food Fair. With over 80 food stalls ranging from baked goods to a variety of picnic-style street food and barbecue, this was certainly an event for all you foodies.
On Sunday Heath Street was closed and Hampstead's Big Fair took its place! There was singing, dancing, live music, artisan food, and lots of cool places to shop (with over 100 stalls there was certainly plenty of choice!).
Last weekend we went to another brilliant Fantastic British Foods Festival. This one was set on the beautiful grounds of Morden Hall park in South. The River Wandle runs though the park perfect for cooling off during the roasting weekend.
The LICKALIX team spent the weekend in East London at Street Feast: 'London's nomadic street food circus'. As per usual we ate far too much and had an awesome time. So here are some of the highlights from the weekend!
The LICKALIX team had the opportunity to spend an evening hosted by Yelp and Digital Shoreditch at the cool East London venue Strongroom.
