During some Instagram stalking we came across the food artist and mum Lee Samantha. She creates some pretty amazing stuff so we thought we would give her a shout out and feature her in our blog this week.

This fun creation is made out of bread, smoke salmon, zucchini, cheese and cream cheese.

This piece made to look like the Beatles is one of our favourite and is made with onigiri (ketchup + rice) and nori (seaweed)

This cool design of a snowman (no pun intended) is made from onigiri, nori, red capsicums, carrot, edamame, bacon, leek and pea soup.

How tasty does this dish look? The ingredients include pancakes, yogurt, cereals and sugar powder.

How can something so 'evil' look so cute and yummy! This halloween themed meal is made from onigiri, nori (seaweed), green leafy veggies, red capsicum, cherry tomato and cheese.

This picture of Maleficent is certainly magnificent, it is made from onigiri (riceball), nori (seaweed), cheese and mayonnaise.

Who needs Paris when you can eat an Eiffel Tower made of pancakes and fruit? This desserts consists of pancakes, white chocolate, kiwi, berries and pretzels. Yum!
